• Agent dashboard (web and mobile)
• AI-powered chatbot
• Analytics and reporting
• Integrations with third-party services

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Limited to 1 agent and 100 chats/month
• No credit card required
• We may change limits with 30 days notice

Paid Plans

• Billed monthly or annually
• Prices at taptochat.io/pricing
• Credit card required
• Auto-renewal unless canceled

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD
• Payment processed by Stripe
• We charge your card on signup and each renewal
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing customers
• Taxes are your responsibility

6. Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee for first payment
• After 30 days, no refunds
• Exceptions may be made at our discretion

7. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime:

• Cancel in your dashboard
• No cancellation fee
• Service continues until end of billing period
• No partial refunds for mid-period cancellation

We may cancel your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Don't pay fees
• Abuse the service

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Send spam or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Resell the service without authorization
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Scrape or copy our content/code
• Reverse engineer our software

9. Content Ownership

Your Content

• You own all content you submit (chat messages, files, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use it to provide the service
• You're responsible for your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Our Content

• We own all intellectual property in the Service
• This includes our code, design, logos, trademarks
• You get a limited license to use the Service
• You can't copy, modify, or reverse engineer

10. Data and Privacy

• We process your data per our Privacy Policy
• You're responsible for getting consent from your users
• You can export your data anytime

11. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime (except Free plan)
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We're not liable for downtime or data loss
• Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees

12. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
