Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Starter and Pro both begin with a 14-day free trial. Checkout collects a card so your plan keeps running when the trial ends: we charge it once the 14 days are up, unless you cancel first. The Free plan is a different thing — it needs no card and never expires.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my chat limit on Free?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100%. You can upgrade anytime, or your widget will show an offline message until next month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing gives you two months free — $290/year for Starter, $590/year for Pro.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise, we also accept wire transfer and PO.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
